KDS is taking another step in sustainable transport with its recent investment in a Mercedes-Benz Actros 2563 LS 6×2 tractor unit. This modern truck will be used to transport VDL’s electric buses, which will soon travel throughout Europe.
Electric vehicles are on the rise, and Belgium is playing a pioneering role in the production of electric buses. The choice of the Actros 2563 LS was therefore natural for KDS, which is committed to transporting these sustainable loads in an equally sustainable way. This truck is equipped with the latest technologies, such as the innovative MirrorCams and various advanced assistance systems, which ensure extra safety during exceptional transport.
With this investment, KDS strengthens its position as a reliable partner for the transport sector and remains committed to environmentally friendly solutions in mobility. Transporting the ‘bus of the future’ is now in safe and sustainable hands at KDS.
